Warren Thoma

After a successful career as a senior product manager with a major manufacturer in the industry Warren Thoma founded the firm in April of 1991. As well as personally managing the Michigan territory, he oversees all operations and territories of Warren Thoma & Associates.

Duff Brown

Duff Brown manages special projects, sales development, and database administration for the firm. He has over 30 years experience in sales and sales management in the industrial valve industry. Duff has dealt with manufacturing, power, and chemical sectorswith responsibilities from local regions to national and international contracts and was Midwest Manager for Storm Manufacturing Group.

Robert Kowal

Robert Kowal, our newest associate, has over 10 years experience as a business broker, listing & selling businesses throughout Florida and spent 20 years in NJ as the Regional Shopping Center and Training manager for the E.J. DeBartolo Corporation. He also owned and operated a retail jewelry business with 6 stores in various regional malls in NY and NJ and is experienced as a mortgage buyer and broker. Bob will be managing the Florida territory for the firm.

Stewart Locke

Stewart has over 13 years of industry sales and management experience in both distribution and contracting. He managed the Wisconsin, Michigan UP, and the Twin Cities territories for what is now John Deere Landscapes. He was then transferred to St. George, Utah where he was the Area Manager. Stewart left John Deere Landscapes to pursue a successful career in landscape contracting before joining our firm.

Jon Miller

Jon Miller has worked in the green industry for over 19 years. He spent 5 years in outside sales with TPEC, has outside John Deere Equipment sales experience while with Van Wall Equipment and was Irrigation Service Manager and Snow Manager for a major Kansas City contractor. Jon has a Bachelors Degree from Baker University and is originally from Lincoln, NE.

Lara Thoma

Lara Thoma is our Payroll Specialist. She is responsible for properly allocating all commissions to the proper salesperson.

Penny Thoma

Penny's experience with a major irrigation manufacturer and experience both with underground (commercial and residential) and hose-end products is invaluable for our customers. She handles inside sales, customer support, troubleshooting any and all issues that may arise for our customers and sales staff alike.

Sam Thoma

Sam's enthusiastic, professional approach has resulted in great sales increases throughout his territories and his knowledge and experience continues to grow in a constantly changing market.
